Headwaters School of Music & the Arts will be celebrating the
1st annual festival in October at the Clearwaters Life
Center in Clearbrook.
There will be hands on workshops beginning at 10 a.m. followed by three concerts featuring Tom & Jeanne
O’Neil of Grand Forks,
County 20 of Park Rapids and Dick Kimmel & Co. of New Ulm.Wow!
