The Headwaters School of Music & the Arts provides a unique opportunity for residents of the Bemidji area to experience arts education. The arts have always been an integral part of our community activities. Music, graphic and dramatic arts, sculpture and dance enrich the lives of people of all ages. The arts continue to provide stress relief while helping individuals discover new talents, abilities and sensitivities. Artistic endeavors bring joy and enrichment to everyone in our society, especially when presented by children in their formative years.

Headwaters School of Music & the Arts operates with the support of many individuals and organizations. Memberships, grants and lesson fees are our primary sources of income. The school provides a limited number of scholarships for those in need as part of its mission and must continually seek support from the community to provide these services. Your financial contribution will help provide students access to a world of possibilities they might otherwise never have. Monetary gifts ensure the Headwaters School can continue to provide opportunities for our students to explore talents, identify strengths, and create joy with their creative gifts.
