Featured Story: Dick Kimmel and Jerilyn Kjellberg- Acoustic Music Duo

Acoustic duo Dick Kimmel and Jerilyn Kjellberg will be performing at the Headwaters School of Music and the Arts on Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 7:30pm.

The cost of tickets is $12 in advance (tickets are available at KRKB Music Outlet, Overbeeks, and HSMA). The price of tickets will be $15 at the door.

Based out of southern Minnesota, Kimmel and Kjellberg perform traditional bluegrass and folk tunes, as well as old-time stringband, and bluegrass gospel music.

Trading lead and harmony vocals on stage, Kimmel and Kjellberg weave their voices and instrumentation into a blend that is at times poignant, at times exhilarating, and always compelling.

Kimmel plays mandolin, banjo, and guitar and Kjellberg plays guitar.

Our Story

Andrew Andrew started taking piano lessons at the Headwaters School when he was only six years old. He was Fawn's very first piano student, and now at the age of 12, he has taken piano lessons for over five years! Not only does he play piano, he also began taking bass lessons with Cy this year.
